Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

What Facial Microneedling does with the consumer health data it receives through the waitlist, and how you can control it.

Effective . Version en-US-2026-10-15-3.

Who this covers

Pharma Coa S.L., 4354 collins avenue, Miami Beach , [email protected] ("we") publishes Facial Microneedling. We are a publisher, not a clinic, and HIPAA does not govern us. This page is our notice under the Washington My Health My Data Act, the Nevada consumer health data rules (NRS 603A.400 through 603A.550) and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act.

1. What we hold, and what for

The waitlist asks for a first name, a mobile number, a ZIP code and city, a treatment from a short list, and an email address when you do not choose calls and texts. The treatment you pick hints at a skin concern or a health service you are weighing, which is why the law counts it as consumer health data. Beside it we save the moment you joined, the consent versions shown on screen and a shortened network address. It serves two purposes only: holding your place in line, and telling you when a vetted clinic opens near you. A daily job deletes each entry 12 months after it was made. Storage is a database run by our hosting provider, opened only by the few people who manage the waitlist.

2. Where it comes from

Only from you, through the form. Nothing is bought, nothing is lifted from other sites and nothing is guessed from how you browse.

3. Who receives it

Nobody outside our own service providers. We have no affiliates, and no third party has been given any of this data, so the list of third parties is empty. The company that hosts the site and keeps the database (Cloudflare, Inc.) works for us under a contract that limits it to our instructions. Before any partner clinic could receive a contact, we would ask for a separate consent naming that clinic, and if money changed hands we would also need a separate signed authorization to sell, of which we would keep a copy.

4. Tracking by outsiders

Nothing on these pages follows you around. There are no cookies, ad pixels or scripts from other companies, so no outsider gathers consumer health data about you over time or across sites through us.

5. Using your rights

Email [email protected] with the subject "Consumer health data request". You may ask whether we collect, share or sell your data and receive a copy, with the names of any third parties that got it (none so far). You may withdraw your consent, correct the data or have it deleted. To find your entry we may ask you to write from the email address you gave or quote the phone number you entered. We reply within 45 days, and may stretch that once by another 45 days if we tell you why. Deletion takes place within 30 days after we confirm the request is yours, and our processors are told to delete as well; backups may take longer, within what the law allows. Up to two requests a year are free, and no one is treated worse for making one.

6. If we say no

Reply with the subject "Appeal" and we will answer in writing within 45 days with our reasons. If you are still unsatisfied you may complain to your Attorney General: Washington, Nevada or Connecticut.

7. Changes to this page

Whenever what we collect, why, or who receives it changes, this page gets a new effective date, you get an email if you gave an address, and we ask for your consent again before the change touches your data.
