Privacy Policy

The waitlist form is the only place we collect anything. No clinic gets it, nothing is sold, and each entry is erased by itself after 12 months.

Who is responsible

Pharma Coa S.L., at 4354 collins avenue, Miami Beach , runs Facial Microneedling and answers for your data. Write to [email protected] about anything here.

What we collect

  • From the waitlist form: first name, mobile number, ZIP code, city, the treatment you picked, and an email address (optional).
  • A record of your agreement: date, the page you used, the version of each consent text on screen, the channels you agreed to, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
  • A shortened internet address, with its last part cut off, saved with the entry to limit abuse. It is cleared after 24 hours.
  • Page-view counts without cookies: page, referring site and device country. No names, no full addresses, no browser identifiers.

A note on sensitivity

Some state laws read an interest in a treatment as health information. So the one agreement box starts empty, and a separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy sets out the extra rights that apply.

Why we use it

To hold your place on the waitlist, to email you when a vetted clinic opens near you, and to run and protect the site.

Calls and texts

The one agreement box on the form also covers calls and texts. Those messages cover your waitlist spot and clinics opening near you, and some may be advertising. Automated dialing or prerecorded voicemails may be used. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Calls and texts are made between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. in your time zone, and carrier rates may apply.

To stop them, reply STOP to a text or tell us at [email protected] in any other clear way. All calls and texts end promptly, and no later than 10 business days after you ask. We send a single text to confirm. So we do not contact you again, your number is kept in coded form only.

Who sees it

Only us, plus the company that hosts this site and stores form entries for us (Cloudflare, Inc.), bound by contract to follow our instructions. No clinic or other third party receives your details, we do not sell them, and we do not use or pass them on for advertising. The site has no advertising pixels, outside scripts or cookies. Should a partner clinic be listed one day, we will first ask for a separate, empty box naming that clinic.

How long we keep it

A job runs every day and deletes each waitlist entry 12 months after the person joined. If you ask us to delete yours earlier, we do it within 30 days of confirming the request is yours. The hosting provider may hold backups for a short time after deletion.

When an entry is deleted we keep a small proof of consent for 3 years: coded one-way versions of the phone number and email (unreadable), the consent text versions, the dates, the site, and the age confirmation. No name, ZIP code or treatment stays. It exists only to prove you agreed and to respect any withdrawal. Visit counts carry no personal details and are deleted after 25 months.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, and to take back your agreement. Write to [email protected] from the address you used, or quote the phone number you entered, so we can locate the entry. We reply within 45 days. Depending on your state there may be more rights; they are in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. No one is treated differently for using them.

Age

The service is for adults, and you confirm you are 18 or older before sending the form. We knowingly collect nothing from younger people and delete it if we find out we did.

Security and changes

Few people can open form data, and the connection is protected. When this policy changes we update the date here and ask again where the law requires it. Consent text in use: en-US-2026-10-15-3. Effective October 15, 2026.
